Wei Fan, Professor, doctoral supervisor, Top Young talents in Yunnan Province, winner of Huo Yingdong Young Teachers Fund, Director of the Dengzhanhua Experimental Station of the Modern Agricultural Industry System of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yunnan Province. He is mainly engaged in the ecological cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine, the restoration of soil barrier factors and the control of heavy metals. He presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, participated in 9 national and provincial projects, published 34 papers (24 SCI papers) as the first or corresponding author, bred 7 new varieties of medicinal plants, and authorized 12 patents (5 invention patents). He is currently the guest editor of frontier in plant science.
